Let Me Hold That With you
Are you the one everyone counts on—but struggle to speak up for your own needs? Many of my clients are thoughtful, compassionate people who have spent years putting others first. They’re often the helper or peacekeeper in their relationships. Over time, people-pleasing can lead to anxiety, burnout, or feeling disconnected from your voice. I also work with couples and families who want to improve communication, rebuild closeness, and feel more understood. Clients often come to therapy wanting to set boundaries, advocate for themselves, and show up more authentically in relationships.
Specialized Care for Deep Healing
I work with individuals, couples, and families struggling with people-pleasing, boundaries, and disconnection in relationships. Using trauma-informed approaches like IFS and EMDR, we explore the roots of these patterns and build new ways of relating. Clients often feel more confident, connected, and able to express their needs.
Empowerment Through Understanding
My approach is grounded in the belief that you already have what you need to heal. Many clients come in feeling stuck in people-pleasing or disconnection from their own voice. Together, we uncover your strengths and patterns and build toward greater self-trust, boundaries, and authenticity. If you’re feeling ready for change, I’d be honored to support you.
